Judith Belmont, M.S., L.P.C. has been a psychotherapist for 35 years, and is currently in private practice. She is an experienced presenter and has been a national seminar trainer for PESI Seminars on Personality and Mood Disorders, and on topics relating to the treatment resistant. Judy’s work with PESI led her to write their two PESI bestsellers, 86 Tips and Tools for the Therapeutic Toolbox and 103 Group Activities and Tips. She is also the co-author of The Swiss Cheese Theory of Life: How To Get Through Life's Holes Without Getting Stuck In Them!, also published by PESI. Judy has a mental health blog on www.judybelmont.com and is also a frequent guest blogger for various other sites in the field of mental health and personal development, including being a contributing blogger for The American Counseling Association.
A member of the National Speakers Association, Judy has also presented at various organizations, expos, conferences and workplaces, offering creative and innovative presentations and workplace wellness seminars. She has been an employee and executive coach as well an employee assistance therapist. In her 35 year career, she has presented before thousands of people on various mental health and wellness issues.
